And for most women their butts is the most important. It’s a source of powerful confidence that constantly fills self esteem. Not to mention it makes us women feel sexy, desirable, fun, and flirtatious.

It’s because (and any real trainer will tell you) that the exercises you do to shape and sculpt your butt are the very same fundamentals exercises you do to get massive calorie burns and build lean muscles. Exercises like…

These are some of the best exercises that you would use if you want to drastically change your entire body. Sure there are some more fine tuned butt exercises, but those listed above are the fundamentals I use in my all women’s personal training business.

It’s really important that this happens. Because eventually you want your workout to be something that you really want to do and not something that you need to do. And it will happen for you… but… in the beginning it’s all about fast results.

  1. Burn massive amounts of calories because you’re working big parts of your body

Proper Nutrition:

Proper nutrition is actually not as difficult as you would initially imagine it would be.

I prescribe to women that you eat a clean diet. That means that you cut out all the chemicals and preservatives that harm your body… eat complex carbs rather than simple carbs… and really eat lost of healthy fats and proteins.

You might be thinking that, that sounds like a lot and it really can be. But we’ve come up with a simple way to help you clean your diet.

Make five small dietary changes a month. These can be something like…

  • Instead of eating iceberg lettuce, start to use spinach or arugula.
  • Rather than snaking from the snake machine, pack yourself some almonds or yogurt… something like that.
  • Instead of fatty hamburger meat, start to use lean ground turkey meat.
  • And the list and go on and on and on….

But it’s small changes that you make that will allow you in a matter of months to have effortlessly changed your diet.

Proper Motivation:

Proper motivation is the most overlooked part of the fitness lifestyle. You can have the magic pill that allows you to shape your body anyway you please over the course of a month… but if you don’t have something to help push you through when you’re feeling unmotivated then the results are the same.

No results!

Motivation really comes from a couple things.

  1. Having a group of women who share the same goals.
  2. Having a group of women to challenge and push you.
  3. Being able to make a fitness lifestyle fun.
  4. Sharing stories… getting competitive… and having somebody keep you accountable.

It’s small things like those listed above that can really help you hit your fitness goals. And I’ll share with you many secrets that I use with my personal training site to help keep you motivated and rocking out the results.
